If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns period from your purchase date *online purchases only. All items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all Lanes packaging and tags intact. A full refund will be made or an exchange can be made.
Special order items, bespoke items and items that have been resized or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.

All items of jewellery from Lanes are covered with a 12 month manufacturer defect warranty. In the highly unlikely event please contact us directly via email or phone 01263 713738.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, general wear, misuse or loss.
We offer a full 12 month mechanical warranty on all watches starting from date of purchase. However, certain pre-owned watches may still be under manufacturer warranty, which could well exceed 12 months.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, straps, bracelets or buckles. Warranty is void if crystal glass is broken and or signs of water damage, impact or misuse. Removal of the watch back without previous authorisation from Lanes Jewellery Ltd. will void your warranty. All warranty returns must be sent to us.
Rings eligible for resizing will be completed within a few working days at no extra cost. Where not eligible rings can be re-produced in the correct size unless stated otherwise. Please enquire.
Rings that have been specially ordered, altered, engraved or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.

Card payments

We accept all major credit card payments – Payments are to be made by the cardholder only via the integrated Sagepay secure online payment system. Foreign or international credit cards are not accepted. We do not accept card payments via telephone.

BACS Transfer

Upon request Lanes payment details will be emailed to you.

Cash

We can accept up to a maximum of £8500.00 in cash per purchase. (To comply with money laundering laws.
