My go-to watch is always a Rolex GMT Master II - ‘The Bruiser” it is nicknamed (Black and Blue!) Reference 116710BLNR. This model is in steel with a 40mm case size, which features a black dial, which is surrounded by a black and blue (hence the nickname) ceramic, 24-hour bezel.
It is equipped with calibre 3186, a self-winding mechanical movement. Also featuring a 24-hour hand to display a second time zone. Rolex seem to be drip-feeding this particular model to their stockists, accumulating very long waiting list, so are very hard to obtain. Pre-owned models are selling for more than list price!
